It was through this event that I realised my own abilities to lead others and guide them. My communication skills definitely got a huge boost as I learned to communicate with different juniors from different backgrounds , work with my fellow Orientation Group Leaders .

This was the event where I learned a lot about myself. I can be quite quiet and I get nervous easily . But when I stepped on the stage to talk , I felt like a different person . Words flowed naturally .
